I've spent my entire career where property, contracts, and people intersect. As a licensed attorney and real estate broker, I've closed more than 600 transactions and worked through nearly every kind of issue that can arise in a real estate matter — before closing, at the table, and long after the papers are signed.
Over time, I came to see that when a real estate dispute turns into a lawsuit, the cost is rarely just financial. It can drain time, strain relationships, and pull everyone further away from a practical resolution. That is what led me to focus my practice on mediation.
Real estate disputes often involve significant money, strong emotions, and complicated agreements. Many mediators understand conflict. I bring that, along with real-world experience in how real estate transactions actually work.

I use a facilitative approach to mediation, guiding the conversation with structure, neutrality, and focused questions that help parties clarify issues, explore options, and work toward their own resolution. My role is not to decide the outcome, but to create a productive process that helps people move forward.
I create a steady, organized process that helps parties move from tension toward productive conversation.
I remain impartial while helping each party identify the core issues, interests, and possible paths forward.
I come to the table ready — having reviewed the relevant materials and designed a process that makes the best use of everyone's time.
I use thoughtful questions and guided dialogue to help parties evaluate options and reach informed, workable agreements.
